I want to modify the Player.dta file and put new characters, but how I do it?

Simple: You don't.

player.dta is MD5-locked to the game. If you modify the file, the game won't launch. You can replace the sprites from it or load new characters entirely by adding an additional wad.

but explain, I was in the online game and then I saw that just had FSonic, TailsCD and Knuckles, as that guy did to get the Vanilla Vanilla Sonic and Tails?

There's a Lua script that forces people to change to those characters when they choose the vanilla characters. I don't think you can find it on this site, though.

Yeah, I guess I should claim ownership of that script. I kinda ripped the idea from Tripel's Heroes functions, which also does the same thing for the main trio. Use a script like that to force a vanilla character to become a certain character.
