Help, XWE won't run on my New PC

Ok when i open it up i get an error message saying

then when i "ok" it or close it i get this error message

then whenever i open a wad i get this same error message. and it dosent load up the wad

I'm going to straight out assume you're on Vista.

Right click the icon istself (no, shortcuts wont do) and go under properties. Start fishing around for a "Run in XP compatible mode" option. Check it.

That looks like XP, BlueZero4. I think it's just that he's on a limited account.

No he shouldn't. I had this problem before, and this is what I done.

Try installing XWE in a seperate file. Make sure all the files that we're extracted from the installation are in the folder. If it didn't work the first time, try reinstalling it a few times. I eventually got my XWE to work that way.
