Help with XWE

When I load up XWE, I get these errors:
Failed to create key.WAD.
Then it loads up, and right away, says:
List index out of bounds.
Then it just sits there, and when I try to do ANYTHING, even just click on it, it freezes and I have to exit out. What do I do?
 
O.o When I loaded it for the first time it just asked for the main .wad file of the game (Was defaulted to doom2.wad). I changed it to srb2.srb and it froze itself for a few minutes making the computer do unnecessary work, and then it let me click Ok. It loaded fine after that.
