Help with sprites

Someone from Brazil

Metal sonic is underrated
For some reason, the sprites for the category 5 (back) is bugged like this, turning side by side, and when I go another like 4-1 (diagonal/sides/front) it's normal, can anyone help me solve this?

I'll try, brb

Another note: replace the LAST A! not all, like WalkAX, WalkBX
I got this from the Sonic sprites because it's easier than trying to remember the names the hard way, but it still works, I add those sprite names myself.

This will work if it's at angles, you put it at the right angles, right?

I think I put the angles, just to make sure, I would like to warn that I'm using the https://mb.srb2.org/addons/pk3-file-template.5909/

Template

Aren't those just the sprites from Sonic Escape?
Yes! I was thinking of doing a port to srb2
Didn't know another person would know this peak fan game

Ok
Did you test it?
Did it work?
I checked the sprites names and all of them are correct, could it be something with the soc or that the file is .PNG?

Here's a better ideia of the error

Give me the PK3 file so I can get an idea of what's wrong.

I'll see what's wrong here.

The problem is that the images are in PNG format and need to be .imp (if I'm wrong, it will fail when I test it).

To make an image a .imp file, you can go to the level icons tutorial because I don't know how to explain it; it explains how to make an image a .imp file.

SRB2 supports PNGs.
Yes, I just found out.
From what I've seen, it's the missing "SPRTINFO" file, which isn't my problem. SPRTINFO is for sprites, as far as I know, like the Sonic one:
Sonic SPRTINFO:
//
// Sonic
//

Sprite2 NFLY
{
Skin sonic
Frame A
{
XPivot 22
YPivot 47
RotAxis Z
}
}

Sprite2 NDRL
{
Skin sonic
Frame A
{
XPivot 22
YPivot 47
RotAxis Z
}
Frame B
{
XPivot 22
YPivot 23
RotAxis Z
}
Frame C
{
XPivot 22
YPivot 27
RotAxis Z
}

Frame D
{
XPivot 22
YPivot 23
RotAxis Z
}
}

Sprite2 NPUL
{
    Skin sonic
    Frame A
    {
        XPivot 22
        YPivot 47
        RotAxis Z

So, I need to create the file where?

That is in fact, not required. Characters.pk3 has that file for some of the more complex stuff, not basic issues like this. Many characters don't have that file, in fact SRB2 didn't until recently. No offense, but, how experienced are you with making characters?

Okay, let me see, from 0 to 10 I'd give it a 5 because I don't know everything, but I already know some things, and about the complicated things, that's one of the things I know, more or less, actually my experience is more or less, yeah, I have a character but it's very, very basic, I don't know what to add to it, so I can say that maybe, maybe I can help, I'll let you take control of the help.

I'm still a bit lacking in this area, but not too much; I'll check Wiki for more information.
