Help with "error 1020"

Well, this is my first thread in this forum, and is because a problem im having accesing this website in my computer, (im making this thread on my phone) and i don't know how to fix it, when i try to enter the website it says: "Error 1020 Access denied, this website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks." And i don't know how to solve this problem, so if you guys can help me please let me know.

Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser. Turn off any browser extension that blocks cookies. Clear your existing cookies and cache from "all time". Try another browser.

I think once the SRB2 Twitter said that Cloudflare doesn't like VPNs and thus you can't really access the site with one. That may have been the issue.
