Help with character placement

I need your help. I am making a mod for SRB2 called Mr. Sketchhog. I feel like an idiot because somehow I messed up the character axis for some sprites. I am hoping someone can help me with the sprite axis. Here are some photos.

See, even with transparency off, the outline is still somewhat missing

Try to make the outline less transparent on where you photocopied made the sprite.
