I am having trouble understanding how to use the blua code to add specific abilities to other characters.
i want to add Junio Sonic's bullet dash.

Ok, first of all what is BLUA? Is it something similar to lua but just for character only? And Junio Sonic is reusable content soo yeah, he can use Junio Sonic's bullet dash.
