Just so you know, Ground the Fox. We don't allow people other than the administrators and moderators to help us moderate. So in other words: Don't bother warning the person and don't backseat moderate. By the time the person comes on again, they will have been banned and the reason will state why. The reason we don't allow backseat moderating is because the thread would be filled with the same messages saying "Your grammar needs improvement" or "Read the rules before you get banned". This also makes our lives harder since we have to read every single post and then deal with the users who broke the rules.
