I want to be able to make my own netgame and have others join it, but far as I know, it won't work!!! How can I access the ports so I can open port 5029???!! And I tried 192.168.1.1, but it didn't work!!!

Try 192.168.0.1.
Better yet, hit (Windows Key)+R, type in cmd.
Type ipconfig. Whatever shows up was "Default gateway" is what you type into your browser.

Yeah, a wireless one. But I am on a laptop, so I access it with wireless card
