Help placeing a picture link in sig

I need help making a picture a link in my sig. I also need to know if this image is a small enough size, width, and height.
I need to know the exact command for this.
Here is the picture.

Use the BBCode for hyperlinks. If you click on Post Reply, and look below the emoticons, you'll notice a little blank with options. The word BBCode is a link that will show you all the commands and how to use them.

In your profile, check the 'Always display sig' checkbox.

Then, in the next few posts that you make, it will show.
