Ashura, I would download it from the official site. I recommend Chatzilla, however, because it runs on the XULRunner. I can PM it to you if you wish.

Of course, silly. Any IRC client can go to #SRB2Fun. Just remember that you have to join the EsperNet network, at irc.esper.net, or else you won't be able to find us. Channels are specific to each network, you see.
