Character creation is a very long process which takes a considerably long amount of time. Not very many people have the patience to make one.
If you want a character, you're better off making your own.

I doubt a scrub like this read the rules anyways.

Don't request for people to make your character for you. People have much better things to do with their time than work for a month to create a lazy sprite edit.

If you want it, might I suggest making one yourself? It's an insane amount of work, but if you want to see that, you're going to have to do it yourself.
