It has been 3 months and I still cant play srb2 online I have re installed it countless times

I'm guessing I was banned for what I dont know but its been 3 month why cant I play when I go to server options it allways says "online serve:no" I set it to yes then restart it and it goes back to no i wonder if thats the problem
