Help me with port forward (connection timeout)

Hello.

I'm trying to host a SRB2 Kart server. I created the rule for port forwarding( with static ip and set to port 5029 and using UDP), but I can't get to host the server each time I try because according to https://canyouseeme.org/ , it says I have a connection timeout when trying to look into my local IP through port 5029.

Idk if it's the right place to ask for help with this, but I need help. Can you solve it? Have you encountered this problem before?

Ok, nevermind. I had a problem with Avast antivirus' firewall. So I turned my internet connection from public to private and apparently, everything works fine.

Somehow, many people around the internet had problems with their firewall if they couldn't port forward, whether it's SRB2 Kart or some other game/application.
