Help how to make a wad

I don't know how to make a wad. One reason is im not an adimistrator and i do not have wad editor. So how do i get wad editor?

Put it in your Srb2folder and then use this launcher to add them in-game. Note: you have to extract all the zip files to wads first. You can also find a bunch of good wads here.
