Can i have the link of the last srb2 version (can i play srb2 complete with all levels)

The final version isn't out yet. One version has been leaked, but only the Match mode features are in it.

The latest version IS 1.09.4 (or 1.09.4a, which is the same but with some security updates).

1.1 isn't out yet.

Furthermore, the beta intentionally only has those features in it. It was a semi-private beta test for Match Mode only intended for usage only by the #SRB2fun regulars.
