Help for hosting a netgame!

I port forwarded and everything. but when I host, the console sys: Timeout on Master Server.
Connection to Master Server failed.
i double checked EVERYTHING.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Spazzo, he said HOSTING a netgame, not simply joining one. That is a slightly more complicated matter. You do still need to set the master server up correctly, but after you do that look here for how you host a netgame on the master server.

still have ONE MORE problem...

I ALMOST have it. But I checked the master server, and all my info isn't showing up (ping has an X, and there's an unkown number of players and the gametype is unkown as well. I'm sure most people are aware of this). How do I fix THIS!?

What is the port number? Are you sure it is 5029?
What is the Master Address Is it ms.srb2.org:28900 ?
Do you have a static ip?
Last, Are you banned for some reason?
Is your firewall up block Srb2? Maybe it is block info going to the ms?

This is all the problem I can think of that is about hosting.

- He said he successfully port forwarded his port......but you may be right, about it's not the correct port...
- He said he double checked Spazzo's MS tutorial, so he could've set it to ms.srb2.org:28900

- Reporting/Banning system on the MS is currently...not working...

3)Yup. I didn't before Torgo posted, but I did after.
4)No, I'm not banned.
5)Ummm...I'm not ENTIRELY sure. When I first played SRB2, it said it was blocking some of the features of the program, but I unblocked it. So if that's the case, then check.
