Hello im new to srb2 forums but not srb2
i just need to know how to post links for a wad file

Upload your WAD files to places such as Sendspace or SRB2FFH, then post the links to the download page to your files here, and put and around your links.

No, you don't have to do that to upload files to SRB2FFH. Same with Sendspace.
