Having trouble downloading

Whenever I click on the link that says, "Main Sever" to download version 1.09.2, nothing happens. It starts to load, but then it times out. Can anyone help me?

No, YOU fail. Shock of all shocks, the server was down for a while, so there is a good reason he couldn't download it. No one could.

It should be back up, Xad, so try downloading it again.

Nope, the same thing happens. I have a cable internet connection, in case that's important.

You should have no problem then. Have you used up all your monthly bandwidth? Is your DSL set up correctly? What browser are you using?

No, probably, Firefox. I tried it in IE, but it still doesn't work. I did download an older version off of the history page, and it worked fine.

I have the same problem. DSL using firefox (I tried in IE as well). Everything works fine untill I'm linked to http://cutter.ship.edu/af0916/FinalDemo109.exe which times out.

EDIT: Alright, I don't seem to be able to access 'http://cutter.ship.edu/' at all. Everything else on the internet in general seems to work fine.
