v1.1 — Conflicting sound issue

Jumping here.

In this update, I patch up a sound conflicting issue with Rappa_Fool's Snack-Pack— where both HATRED and Butthead used the same codename BTHD (as in Butthead and Block Tales HATRED).

This renames the sounds such that HATRED now uses the code GW04 (as in Ghostwalker 04)— he's the fourth boss...

i accidentally renamed it as v1.01 in the update but named it v1.1 in the post
