This is one of my newest map projects. I feel that I'm insecure with my ability to come up with ideas to progress my map that feel natural.
All I'm really doing is (as the title says) extending Green Flower Zone. Due to MotorRoach releasing the FSonic wad. It got me anxious to have a hands on experience of the future of SRB2.
So I've made small edits of Green Flower, adding slopes to make it seem more 2.2 like. But this is the biggest edit I hope to make. Here are images of the small area I have added.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how I can continue. Thank you.

I'm sorry for the quality, it should be 720p but, I assume I messed up the rendering considering I done anything involving video in a long time.

Well this looks interesting. i looked at all the images an none of them look like Vanilla GFZ.

It looks nice and could do with alot more, Keep up with the good work!
 
This is looking pretty good. Perhaps you could upload a video to better show off the changes?
 
These actually look really nice. It definitely has a unique feel to it. Good work.
 
Just checked the video out, it looks great but i hope you sort out that massive open area towards the end. It looks too simple

but you already knew that.
 
That's preety good. If you do an extended version for GFZ, I recommend you to add new stuff everywhere and new paths. It will look better than a normal extension.
 
What you've shown so far looks good, but I agree with Icefox. Adding new paths will make the layout more interesting and less simple. You could also make that large open area a little less empty. Still a good job nonetheless.

Made a new video showcasing the area redone. And what new and few additions have been made. By the way my work process if very strange I make a lot of changes, and sometimes those changes are temporary just to fill gaps for presentation.
 
The second update preview looks really good. And that GFZ remix that played should be used for the stage, IMO.

Keep up the good work.

Nice new layout in the updated video, it looks more fullfilling. Just add a bit of enemies and some decorations here and there and viola!.

I like that little short cut that sonic cat reach normally.

Im liking thing, good job!
