Duplicate Granade Ring glitch in Frost Columns Zone.

I discovered this yesterday when I was privately hosting a match server. I waited for them to explode but nothing happened(until I ran into them). There was another area in the zone where the same thing happened but I failed to screenshot it.

I doubt its due to a zone, I've seen something like this before, and it wasn't on this map. At the time, I thought it was some kind of consistency error.

This. I tried reflecting the glitch at the same location but it just worked as it normally should. It must have something to do with a consistency error.
