i need a REALLY GOOD config file ONLY KEYBOARD NO MOUSE (but if u want to you can)

Why not just configure the controls yourself in the control settings? :/
Settings ----> Player 1 Controls
Even if you get a pre-config file, that's also going to change some other settings such as screen resolution and some other stuff. If you want to disable the mouse, go to the mouse section in the controls located what I said above and then set "Use Mouse" to Off.
