This bug been going on since this game started for 2.2 version and is really annoying. For some reason the game always loads in the bottom right corner of the screen with large portions missing and the only way for me to get it right is to click toolbar icon. I have the game setup to full screen by the way. Here are pictures for that to get better sense talking about.
Interestingly the game will open on full screen mode if I click outside the game while it loading or the first picture shown.
