Udp_SOcket error #10013:UNknown error when I join

I never got this before and I tried downloading the game and didnt work.I had this for a week or so and I did reboot sometimes.I just need to know if anyone else gets this error or how to fix it.

That usually means you have SRB2 open twice.

But its not open up twice? I even pressed ctrl alt delete and checked whats opened.So thats not the answer.>.<Anyone else?

The port that Srb2 normally uses in 5029. In this case, your port number is already opened when you try and host. The game checks to see if that port number is still open, if it's open you get that error.

A restart of your computer normally helps.

Thanks flame,it worked. But I dont get is I restarted my cpu like 5 times and it didnt fix it before and now it fixes.
