fullscreen crashes the game

for some reason everytime i turn on fullscreen, the game instantly crashes. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You could try changing the rendering backend, or changing the game's resolution to match your monitor. However, it's more likely an issue with your graphics drivers. Try reinstalling them or searching online for more suitable ones.

This has never happened to me before, it always worked perfectly fine until the crash happened
