Frame Rate or FPS Computer Problems

Hi was no sure where to put this but help seems make more sense to use. Ever since the srb2 2.2 came out I noticed that the game for me has lots of problems for me online. Some servers I can not even last a few seconds before I get synch out. I am not that skilled with computers and do not understand computer babble that well and was wondering if anybody has any suggestions to how I can improve the computer performance with srb2 or if there are options I can change to make it run better.

I recently finished game where I checked the FPS and it was at 2/35 despite the ping being very low. I honestly feel that srb2 has gotten way advanced to the point that I might not be able to do online game anymore which sucks than.

Try upgrading your RAM! if that doesnt work close some processes using task manager Changing your theme to Windows Classic, And thats all really
