I noticed that people are beginning to change their sigs with little rectangles representing what they have, do or are. I just have a few questions about these:

1. What font did you use
2. What program did you use
3. What site (if any) did you use
4. If answer to 2, how do you do it

I know this is kind of stupid... lets just think of it as some new guy asking where he can find utilities to make and modify WADs.

1. What font did you use - Dunegon
2. What program did you use - MSPaint
3. What site (if any) did you use - well, TS did make it hi res. from a site i believe, if that counts :P
4. If answer to 2, how do you do it - Made a sprite, enlargened it, added text and blueglove to it.

The tutorial on that website is suited towards using Photoshop. I was able to reproduce the same thing with a few work-arounds using Paint Shop Pro, a program that uses an interface ten times better than Photoshop and actually remembers your filter settings through presets.

You don't. It comes with Windows. Go to your start-programs-accesories. Also, PSP should have no trouble whatsoever copying Photoshop's stuff. The options are almost exactly the same.

MSPaint = plain old crappy Paint that should be in Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint.

I only did Programmer with MSPaint, but I had to use GIMP for the semi-transparent curve thingy.

Since noone said so earlier, the fancey new rectangle sigs are a result of the "userbars" topic you obviously failed to read, unless you have done so due to noting the similaritys in the URL to said topic's name.
