Forgot the command that increases the max download size in a server

Hello. I run a server that uses a mod for the server. I remember a while back inputting a command to increase the file size limit for those connecting to the server, but I've completely forgot the command name and I don't remember where I found it in the first place. Does anyone know what i'm talking about?
