For modders: did the new updates bring problems for existing mods?

It was expected that .14 was gonna have tremendous mod incompatibility, because of the Shield Button. It actually had and they made a hotfix that removed it, .15, but I wanted to ask: The incompatibility with existing mods is still an issue? Was it mainly because of the Shield Button or because of Lua changes?

Because I am doing a Compilation of mods that were all designed for .13 or older, all heavily focused around Lua. Will they still work?

P.S.: I still didnt get the chance to test neither .14 or .15 by myself.

I really don't know the details of what went wrong but if you install .13 and just have a subfolder dedicated to that, I think you're safe. I'm pretty much opted to not update SRB2 because I do not want to deal with all that noise and figuring out what works and what doesn't work. It'll probably be a while for mods to be fixed anyway and even then, some will probably never get fixed unless if someone else maintains it.

I used to be like that too, lmao. At least my favorite mods work tho, so I'm good. Enjoy tho!
