Flash isn't working

Ugh, for some reason I've installed Flash player about 17 times now. And all the times, I get this:

You need Flasdh player 7 or higher.

Ugh, I have tried everything, even rebooting my computer. Yet still, the only site that has flash player on it and works fine is Youtube. I find that to be pretty disturbing. =/

I even tried asking on #srb2fun, and FoxBlitzz said to enable scripting, but it's on.

That's exactly what I need. My old one broke a few days ago, and know I'm on the one that my school sent me.

Are you using NoScript? Do you have Javascript enabled, and if you are using a Mozilla based, check about:plugins to see the list of plug-ins loaded.
