SRB2 is sadly, a n00b magnet, due to various factors (Room for bad fancharacters, being free, yada yada) And the administrators of this forum really don't like n00bs. The rules are designed specifically to destroy those n00bs, or at least give the admins an excuse to ban them. You don't like it, go find a different, less strict community kthxbai.
