windows 11 and what i mean is the camera axis camera hornizal z-axis and camara vertical x-rudder- and it must be hornizal x-rudder camera vertecal y-rudder- just like the old releases to 2.2

SRB2's version of SDL was updated, which influenced how axis handling works, which is why the defaults are not the same as earlier versions of 2.2. This is not a bug, and there's no good reason that the defaults "must" be the same as older 2.2 releases.
