No, it's ERZ3 with new visuals, it seems.

Final Fight Zone is more than likely not be revealed until the final version, I doubt they would show that zone this early, especially if there are other zones yet to be completed along with their bosses.

How can that be Final Fight Zone if the ERZ3 boss is for Dark City Zone?

I agree with SpiritCrusher. I appears that ERZ3's aesthetic has been upgraded to possess the same level of quality as the rest of the game.

Although, it seems like a waste if the boss will just be moved to Dark City 3.

The visuals might stay there, the only thing that will change is the arena once the boss is moved to its proper spot. Unless of course there is even better visuals that are used or something that will work about the same.

The change in ERZ3 makes me wonder if they are going to add some sort of visual in DCZ3 when they have the boss in the correct spot or would it matter.

Final Fight Zone will employ guys with crossbows in wheel chairs, barrel hams. and guys dressed as women. Also a kick ass fighter in a position of power.
