"File corruption" error on WIP wad. Need help!

I'm doing some editing around a metalsonic.wad and I need help!

THE PROBLEM:
whenever I try to add them (via console), it says file corrupt or something.
I've followed the directions with the SRB2 wiki but it still does not work.
can someone help?

I don't know what's wrong Mr man
but I think it has something to do with the editing of sprites or info you did maybe?

Haven't seen a wad file being corrupt in a long time. Maybe something is wrong with the MAINCFG of the wad.

I updated them to where they have "ability2 = 0" after "ability = (put ability number here)" but it still didn't work.
