SomariTA submitted a new resource:

Felix The Cat - the wonderful cat races through SRB2K!

First attempt at a mod! sure it's a simple design to begin with, but it's better than heading first into a complicated one or a group of characters
So! here's Felix the cat! with his magic bag of tricks now turned into a kart!
With addition of voice clips from the 1959 show of the titular character (possibly the part that took the longest to do)
He is quite a light character with 2 Weight and 4 Speed stats

SomariTA updated Felix The Cat with a new update entry:

Assymetrical fix

so it's been pointed out to me the magic bag pattern on the kart wasn't working well, as you move left and right on the kart it ends up shifting the pattern from left and right and it looked quite jarring
so a member here, ZiMEEMga Rosebavaran, suggested the assymetrical sheet and managed to fix the issue
enjoy this minor fix!
