IIIII'm not a very big creepypasta fan.
But if one thing scared me, I've gotta go with Pendrive Azul.
I watched it before it was famous, I was in a HUGE EXE phase, and looked ALL over for something creepy enough to shake me. The only ones we're Majin and Pendrive Azul.
Majin, because, well...he's Majin, what do you expect?
And Pendrive Azul, because I thought WAY too deep, and got scared about how some people are either accidentally KILLING people, or LEGITIMATELY TRYING to kill people with seizures, and the fact that no one can really stop it. It's TRULY happening as we speak. People DIE from epilepsy every year cuz of stuff like that game.
Oh, also the fact that I legitimately got scared enough that I felt paralyzed. I LEGITIMATELY felt that I couldn't move when the countdown started and stopped at one, as Sonic's pink-eyed face contorted into an amalgamation of horrors.
I dunno what it is, but eyes and mouth with sharp edges just...don't sit well with me. The fact he had no teeth and PROBABLY used his mouth's sharp edges AS teeth HORRIFIED me. I legitimately had to shut off my device when I felt my nerves again.
Since then, it hasn't happened again, probably because the body develops immunity to paralyzation if they get hit with it enough times. It's still creepy as hell though.

I doubt it counts as an EXE but Sonic 2 8-bit bad ending, this ending is basically an official creepypasta. I mean Robotnik holding tails ransom for the 6 chaos emeralds and killing him if Sonic doesn’t pay up, that’s pretty dark especially for an official game

on another note i did have an exe oc called adventure.dc, and i think you should be able to tell what game he’s based on.
he’s really violent and his main method of attack is repeatedly light speed attacking someone until their skull is crushed in. i tried to make his seem less outlandish by making him lean more towards malware than a blood-crying sonic who says they’re god. you get him by trying to cheat in sonic games by putting files into the vmu. he can spread through any sonic game you insert into your dreamcast, turning it into a sort of romhack where you just have to watch the other characters get completely destroyed by him
