I would have to say the Heavy's "Sandvich". (Just the name sound's funny...^^) It's a Sandwich pronounced in Russian/English! (I'm a huge TF2 fan....^^)

32-bit: Aku-Aku masks.
64-bit: Metal Cap, the Hammer.
128-bit (or whatever PS2 is): The Multi-Disk gun from R&C2, the transformation weapons from R&C series as a whole.

Platformer: Weapons.
Racer: Weapons.
Shooter (DoC loadout I used): Pistol Frame, Long Barrel, Sniper Scope, Blizzard Materia, Gravity Floater, Power Cross.
RPG: Mighty Guard.
RTS: Shelby Cpbra with MGs (I love AoE2).
TBS: Squire (or Hero Class).
Puzzle: Bomb, long brick.
