Sonic Advance 2. It's nowhere near my favorite game overall, but that title screen is pretty great, especially considering the limited hardware it was made for.
 
Sonic 2, just Sonic 2 (and yes, i mean of the genesis Sonic 2 that brought us the Death Egg and Super Sonic)
 
i like the intro from sonic adventure 2 battle its amazing but title screen has to be sonic generation its a remaster from sonic 1
 
I don't really have official game title screens to choose so I'll tell my favorite fangames: Sonic Robo Blast 1, Sonic Boom (1995), and Sonic Adventure 2 (1999)
 
More for the theme song than anything else, but Sonic: Time Attacked's title screen will always hold a special place in my heart. Love that composer's work.
