Speed highway,emerald coast and windy valley

Red Mountain, Ice Cap, Lost World, Twinkle Park, or Windy Valley. It's hard to pick just one. The only part of Speed Highway I feel super nostalgic towards is the ending section in daytime/Knuckles stage, and Emerald Coast is okay but It's gotten a bit worn out for me from being ported into everything ever.
