I, for one, like the Hero of Time Link.

Toon link hands down, all of the other links (apart from the CD-i ones) look too similar so when the Toon version was announced it was a pleasant surprise

Twilight Princess link. He has the most realistic look which makes him even more awesome than he was when he first started as a character which looked like them little green blobs with eyes, ears etc.

Twilight Princess/Adult Link is my favorite, he doesn't get pushed around like his younger self, and is treated with respect.

And he looks so much cooler with the Master Sword too.
