Extra emeralds spawning after somebody goes super?

Now this is rather bizzare. It occured in a clean server (no WADs/SOCs/cheats), and the only other thing happening out of the ordinary was a lot of consistency failures in the server - mostly upon level load, but sometimes during the level. Maybe a netsplit of some sort? *shrug*

It a SRB2 glitch.
 
A glitch ...we will say in the computer code of SRB2, something must be written to show an emerald in a "emeralds spawn things" at random.
Moreover, even if it is against to the history of Sonic (there are only seven emeralds), have several players in Super mode may be a good thing, right ?

As Mystic said, Cool story bro. Seems like you must firstly read the forum name before posting here.

Anyway, having more Super players in one netgame will work as same as sigsegving polyobject.
But I must say, this breaks all the other bug's incredibility.
Actually, this doesn't really belong to here but, when will be that flying Emerald in Silver Cascade fixed?
 
Reuploaded screenshot to a different image host so hopefully Inu will not whine at me about corrupted image metadata.
