External Level Editor

For those who DON'T have Doom they can use a costume level editor that works on Sonic Robot Blast 2(This game)
So is it interesting :P

This topic has probably ALREADY outlived its usefulness... I'm honestly not sure what the Dickens he's saying. Seriously, I think we ALL knew about how we could use external level editors. How else do you think we make levels?
