I really wouldn't use the term "civil" to describe our forum. It's more like an elementary school classroom where the teacher has to constantly send the bad kids to the principal's office.

At least you send the bad kids to the principal's office (A.K.A. Ban them) instead of letting them be a constant nuisance to everyone else too.
