Look. Here you can see my port. You can see that everything is in order. My IP ends with ".40", I also have a photo of the console as proof.
(It's written in French, but that's understandable.)

In SRB2, everything is also well settled. That means "Advertise on Internet" is set to "Yes", and in "Server Options", it is correctly written "ms.srb2.org:28900". For me, everything is good, but my server is not displayed ! Does anyone have an idea ?

The only reason for this problem I can think of is a firewall on your computer. Disable the Windows Firewall (or whatever you use) and try again. ;)
