Problem #1 - I can't make a mod topic
I want to make a mod topic for a friend of mine's mod, but it says only moderators can post topics in the Releases forums.
EDIT: Ignore this, I found the submissions forum. (:P)

I didn't know it was there. Stupid me. The mod isn't even done anyway, so does it really matter?? I'll try again when I feel like it. (No that's not a flame)

If you want to show a work in progress, then you can show the level and have comments about it in editing. I suggest you see how one level works before you continue the mod. If you finish the one level, then release it as a single level in releases, even though you might intend for it to be part of a larger mod, it will help you get feedback.
