Error Walking Animation and NetXCmd buffer full

so ive got 2 whole problems to deal with in SRB2 while playing NetGames.

Error Walking Animation: Sometimes when im playing netgames, the walking animation is buggy and becoming a error sprite, and its very frustraiting.

NetXCmd Buffer Full: i don't know if this is a bug but, when i'm playing net game and whem i'm about to talk or change my skin, theres a error saying that my NetXCmd Buffer Full, any ideas what is NetXCmd Buffer full?

About the walking animation, is that with or without addons loaded? More details would be helpful!

NetXCmd buffer full is a known issue. We don't know how to fix it yet though.

More details as in did the server you play on use Addons? (Character Wads, Lua Code, Maps, etc.)

All those addons happen when play in netgames and always get that error
