Error Opening The SRB2 Doom Builder...

I always get this error when I open SRB2 Doom Editor

"Error 429 in LoadConfiguration: ArchiveX component can't create object"

I have a vista, can you help me?

maybe I'm missing a file, but idk...

maybe I have a file in the wrong place?
