When I tried to test a wad I was creating, I got this message: "signal_handler() : segment violation" What does it mean?

Pretty much anything really. The most obvious cause is that the nodesbuilder screwed up. Run Zennode on it, as it's the best nodesbuilder around (and disable the internal nodesbuilder of your chosen editor), and you should be fine. If it doesn't work still, then you screwed something else up along the line, then I don't know, but someone else should be able to help you.

The problem is all your linedefs are one-sided. When you make a sector inside another one, be sure "Make Column" isn't checked.
