Error Code #10049...

I don't know what do to with this thing that pops up every time I try to play NETgame on srb2. It says SOCK_send error sending to node 2 ( 192.168.15.2 ) error#10049, it's really annoying, and I REALLY wanna play online! PLEASE HELP!!!
